CB Maintenance is hiring landscaping and maintenance crews for hundreds of REO’s (Real Estate Owned by Banks/ Reposesed homes) grass cuts and janitorial maintenance throughout the states of Arizona and Missouri.

These are some services that we will be needing but are not limited to. Let us know what type of service you may provide.

·         Bidding jobs- You will need to visit the property, take pictures, document the work that is needed and submit your report and pictures in a timely manner.

·         Initial lawn cuts, re-cuts and edging.

·         Trash hauling

·         Maintenance and repair work for homes.

The following are need:

·         Landscaping equipment

o    Lawn Mower (Gas Powered)

o    Blower (Gas Powered)

o    Weed Eater

·         Proper Transportation/ Truck

·         Digital Camera

·         Legal Documents

o    Drivers license & insurance

o    Social security number or Federal Tax ID

·         Skills Necessary

o    Need to be experienced and know how to use landscaping equipment.

o    Computer Literate, you need to know how to upload pictures from digital camera on to a digital file. We will provide instructions if needed.
